Quality Assurance can be defined as "part of quality management focused on providing confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled."
Quality Assurance Requirements are put in place for many different industries and professions to ensure that processes are being followed and to help prevent any quality failures.
This course is designed for dental hygienists seeking to enhance their understanding of the revised Quality Assurance Records requirements recently released by the CDHO and to help you be prepared for your audit.
It doesn’t have to be a daunting task.
Join Kathleen as she inspires you to embrace the CDHO QA Program. She has helped thousands of dental hygienists over the years submit successful audits.
Participants will gain valuable insights and renewed confidence by learning strategies to effectively manage their quality assurance records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Kathleen will use an interactive presentation style to explore the essential components of quality assurance record keeping, including documentation of continuing education in the Smile Portal, selection of professional development activities, and proper report on learning criteria.
