Course Description:

 

Just what are we required to document within the progress notes of the patient/client’s chart at each appointment?

 

We will focus on the recording requirements and strategize how we can meet each requirement. Applying the Process of Care will provide the framework for this session. It will identify each category to document at each interaction. Where and when to utilize Classifications for Perio and Peri-implant Disease and Conditions.

 

Join Anna Louise as she breaks it down and shares what you should include in your records.
