Cannabis was stigmatized for many years. This course will dismantle the misinformation and
help you understand the facts about why some people consume cannabis for health and
wellness, how cannabis works in the body, and how to implement safety considerations and
harm-reduction principles in your dental practice. Whether you’re familiar with cannabis or not,
you’ll walk away with new terminology to help you incorporate cannabis education into your
daily practice.

cannabis patient and a recreational consumer and determine the associated risk level
for dental treatment.
