RDH ReAlign is a 6-week wellness, ergonomics, and movement-based program created specifically for registered dental hygienists who want to reduce pain, prevent burnout, and extend the longevity of their careers.

 

This program blends gentle yoga, meditation, mobility, ergonomic education, in-operatory posture support, nervous system regulation, and reflective practices to help you feel better in your body while continuing to do the work you love.

 

RDH ReAlign is not about perfection or being “good at yoga.” It is about awareness, small shifts, and sustainable habits that support your body, mind, and energy in a demanding profession.


How It Works

 

Beginning Sunday, April 19th, 2026, you will receive access to a new module each week for 6 weeks.

 

Each Sunday release includes:

 

  • A 1-hour guided yoga and movement session
  • Gentle practices to support mobility, posture, and nervous system regulation
  • An electronic workbook with journaling and reflection exercises to support your experience

     

The electronic workbook is included with your registration.

1. What is RDH ReAlign?
 

RDH ReAlign is a 6-week professional wellness program designed specifically for registered dental hygienists. It combines yoga-based mobility, ergonomics education, nervous system regulation, burnout prevention strategies, and guided reflection to support longevity in clinical practice.
 

2. Who is this program for?
 

This program is for:

• Dental hygienists experiencing neck, shoulder, wrist, or back discomfort

• RDHs feeling early signs of burnout

• Clinicians wanting to improve ergonomics and efficiency

• Hygienists who love their career but want it to feel sustainable You do not need prior yoga experience.
 

3. Is this a fitness program?
 

No. This is not a workout program focused on intensity or aesthetics. RDH ReAlign is built around mobility, joint health, posture awareness, nervous system regulation, and clinical longevity. Movements are intentional, modifiable, and designed to complement the demands of dental hygiene.
 

4. How much time do I need each week?
 

The full weekly yoga flow is approximately 60 minutes. You only need to complete the flow once - it is sent to you through email every Sunday morning. You are welcomed to watch the videos or past ones more than once. Some form of movement daily (walking, yoga, stretching, weightlifting or cardio) is encouraged to complement the RDH ReAlign yoga flows. Between-client resets are 1–3 minutes each. You can adjust based on your schedule, consistency matters more than duration.
 

5. What if I already have pain or an injury?
 

This program includes modifications for:

• Shoulder pain

• Limited range of motion

• Wrist sensitivity

• Knee discomfort during floor work However, this program is educational in nature and not a substitute for medical advice. If you have an active injury or diagnosis, consult your healthcare provider before beginning.
 

6. What makes this different from regular yoga?
 

Every flow and movement inside RDH ReAlign is designed specifically for dental hygienists. We focus on:

• Counteracting static clinical posture

7. Will this help prevent burnout?
 

RDH ReAlign addresses burnout from multiple angles:

8. Do I need equipment?
 

You’ll need:

• A yoga mat or soft surface

• Optional: yoga block, strap, small towel

• Comfortable clothing.

No large or expensive equipment required.
 

9. Is this live or self-paced?
 

RDH ReAlign is a healthy mix of both. All the yoga flows are virtual & pre-recorded- you have access on Sunday Mornings to view and participate to set you up for a great work week ahead! If you are unable to watch on Sundays, don’t worry, the videos can be watched at your leisure. Inside the workbook there are goals to create for your clinical practice. I do recommend you view these before going in for your first shift that week to initiate change. There is a Facebook Group for the members of the RDH ReAlign Community that Ashley will be posting every Thursday to check in on your goals and outcomes!
 

10.  Why is it called “ReAlign”?
 

Because alignment is not a one-time achievement. To say align means there is a destination to alignment, when in reality, it’s an ongoing practice. As your body, schedule, lifestyle and career evolve, you will need to realign again and again. This program teaches you how.
 

11.  What happens after the 6 weeks?
